Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance

The Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance (OCSIA) within the Cabinet Office responsible for the UK government's computer crime and computer security policy implementation. It has 34 full-time-equivalent staff[1].

Originally created as the Office of Cyber Security (OSC), it was set-up following the publication of the UK's Cyber Security Strategy in June 2009[2].
