BPI blocking application
Requests were made by the BPI to the big-six UK ISPs to block the site under CDPA s.97A, as well as Fenopy and H33t in October 2012.[1] In February 2013 it attempted to seek orders from the High Court. [2] The court ordered the blocks on the 28th of February 2013.[3] Compliance commenced on 2013-03-21 for all of the big-six ISPs[4][5]
