Jean Lambert MEP

Jean Lambert is a Green MEP for the London region.

ACTA

Ms. Lambert did not support ACTA, stating that she had serious concerns over "data protection and internet freedom."[1]

Advocacy for Visual Impairement

Lambert and Keith Taylor MEP wrote a letter to Baroness Wilcox at the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills expressing concerns regarding the lack of access to reading materials for people with print disabilities. In it, they strongly urge the British government to support the proposed legally binding treaty for print disabled people. Only a binding treaty, rather than a soft “recommendation”, can bring essential improvements to the life of millions of visually impaired people across the world. The full letter can be viewed here.
