Centre for Cyber Assessment
The Centre for Cyber Assessment (CCA) provides "cyber threat assessments" for UK government departments to inform policy. It is based at GCHQ in Cheltenham.
It was established in April 2013, funded by the National Cyber Security Programme, and formally avowed in June 2015[1] (however, references to the CCA and its "Cyber Incident Coordination Plan (CICP)" exist in unclassified documents prior to then).
