Download4All (aka Dl4all) is a site that allows downloading of movies and other software over the internet.
UK blocking
In May 2013 it was reported[1][2] that the Motion Picture Association had obtained a court order in late April (under Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 Section 97A) blocking the site (as well as another, Movie2K) on the main UK ISPs.
