Communications Data and Lawful Intercept

The Communications Data and Lawful Intercept Service Partnership is a group of organisations providing communications data (CD) and lawful intercept (LI) capabilities for UK authorities.

It succeeded the Home Office Communications Capabilities Development Programme from the 1st April 2018.

CDLI consists of:

• TRACER (NCA)
• National Technical Assistance Centre (GCHQ)
• Communications Capabilities Unit (Home Office)
• National Communications Data Service (Home Office)
