Consultation on the law of damages by the Department for Constitutional Affairs (now rebranded as the Ministry of Justice).

Amongst the 44 questions posed in the consultation are the following:
Question 35. Do you agree that in the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 and the Patents Act 1977 the term ‘additional damages’ should be replaced by ‘aggravated and restitutionary damages’? Question 36

- (d) copyright and related rights?
