Subject Access Request
Subject Access Request is the name for your right to retrieve the information an organisation holds about you in the UK. The right is created by by the Data Protection Act 1998. Currently, a fee of £10 may be charged, unlike other EU member states.
Access Request (Ireland)
Data processed or held in Ireland (for example Facebook data) is subject to Irish laws on data access.
