ACTA

Mr. Agnew stated, on the subject of ACTA, that "the secretive nature of the talks has attracted widespread international criticism and there is a great deal of concern that the agreement may include a draconian approach to the internet with powers being taken to disconnect people and much greater legal liability being placed upon internet service providers for the activities of their customers. [1]

He voted against ACTA.
