Stephen Hughes

Stephen Skipsey Hughes (born 19 August 1952, Sunderland, England) is a British Labour Party Member of the European Parliament representing North East England.

Intellectual Property

On his website, Mr. Hughes has stated that he "will always support civil liberties over intellectual property right protecting in the EU."[1] Within the same post, he welcomed the demise of ACTA, which he voted against.
