The Rightsholder Group is an alliance of copyright lobbyists consisting of the Football Association Premier League Limited, the Publishers Association, the BPI, the Motion Picture Association and the Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television. Campaigning for stronger copyright enforcement, they presented the Voluntary Website Blocking Proposal
