R. v Cuthbert (2005)
R v. Daniel Cuthbert (2005) (also known as the Tsunami Hacker case) was a case that established that attempts to perform unauthorised vulnerability checks against a computer, violate the Computer Misuse Act 1990 regardless of their effect.
