Nick Griffin is a BNP MEP for North West England.

On 19th October 2012, Griffin posted the address of a gay couple who had recently won a court case and suggested that "A British Justice team will come [...] & give you a bit of drama" [1]. Commentators suggested that this represented a threat, and that Griffin should be arrested under Section 127 of the Communications Data Act. Griffin was questioned by the police, but has not been charged.[2]
