In response to an e-mail from User:Avantman42, she wrote:
- I am in agreement that the proposals in their current form could be more to the benefit of already well established artists at the expense of those who are trying to begin a career in music and this is obviously bad in terms of encouraging creativity and a vibrant music scene for which the UK is famous.
- I also feel though that this report has a number of clauses which may benefit working and session musicians and these are a group often under-represented.
