National Anti-Fraud Network (NAFN) is a unincorporated organisation that provides data and intelligence services to public sector organisations.
According to the Interception of Communications Commissioner's 2013 report it acts as the SPoC (single point of contact) for 85% of the local authorities that use their powers under RIPA.
