Lord Knight of Weymouth

Lord Jim Knight is a former MP for the Labour Party who joined the House of Lords on June 2010 by becoming a Life Peer [1].

Said that metadata was significant, not just something to be dismissed. The government should work hard to reassure the public that their privacy is respected. Government should be leading debate on data retention and privacy concerns, should not just rush legislation
