Judicial Review
A judicial review is a legal challenge to a decision made by an authority, on the grounds that it exceeds the authority’s powers, including that it is incompatible with EU law, or human rights legislation.
Judicial Review can include the process by which a decision was made, for instance if procedures or requirements were not followed, and this was likely to impact the decision that was made.
