'Do Not Track' Bill
Senator Rockefeller introduced a Bill in February 2013 to the US Senate which would mandate ISPs to offer browsers a choice between having their internet usage tracked or not. It has been introduced as the voluntary code that ISPs have signed up to have not provided acceptable results.
