Global Telecoms Exploitation

Global Telecoms Exploitation is a GCHQ programme under the Tempora programme that was reported on by the Guardian in June 2013. Along with another programme called Mastering the Internet, Global Telecoms Exploitation tries to collect and store online and telephone traffic passing through the UK.
