European Parliamentary Committee on Industry, Research and Energy

The Committee on Industry, Research and Energy is a committee of the European Parliament whose main responsibility relate to industry, information technology, telecommunications and technology-intensive manufacturing. They are responsible for the European Union's industrial policy and the application of new technologies.

It has oversight duties of the Joint Research Centre.
