Conspiracy

Section 1(1) deals with criminal conspiracy.

DDoS convictions

Individuals convicted of conspiracy to impair the operation of computers by engaging in DDoS attacks against websites in retaliation against the WikiLeaks "financial blockade". In January 2013 Christopher Weatherhead and Ashley Rhodes were jailed for 18 months and seven months respectively.[1]
