Privacy'
“To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recent discussions she has had with internet service providers on the monitoring of their customers’ internet browsing activity.” [1]
He has also taken out a superinjunction (in 2008), and is generally a strong supporter of privacy law reform [2]; [3]

One ORG supporter - B. Salisbury - spoke with Zac about the Comms Data Bill. He said that he was not confident that, once introduced, the powers wouldn't be abused.
Defamation Bill
- Does the hon. Lady agree that there has to be a sense of realism in relation to the web? If every defamatory comment posted on Twitter, Facebook and so on was followed up with some kind of state action we would need a new Government just to police the web. That would be structurally and practically impossible.[1]
Extradition
- The system clearly needs changing, and it needs changing soon, because the number of such cases is rising. One thousand people were subjected to the European arrest warrant last year, and the figure grows every month. [2]
