Lord Younger

Viscount Younger of Leckie is Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills He was appointed after the resignation of Lord Marland. Viscount Younger is responsible for Intellectual property within the government and for BIS within the House of Lords.

His duties include taking forward the recommendations of the Hargreaves Review and the operations of the Intellectual Property Office.

He has previously held positions as a party whip, and government DCMS and BIS spokesman.
